Overview #
The Technology HD Wallpapers app is free to use. The only paid item is the optional Pro upgrade — a one-time, lifetime digital purchase that removes ads in this app. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charges.
Because Pro is a digital product delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once Pro is active — except in the cases below.
When You Can Get a Refund #
- Pro did not activate after a successful payment and we cannot fix it.
- Duplicate or accidental charge — you were charged more than once for the same app.
- Requested within 7 days of purchase for any other genuine issue with Pro.
Purchases via Google Play #
Pro bought through Google Play is billed by Google. Within 48 hours you can request a refund directly from Google Play (Order history → Request a refund); after that, contact us at info@pinakinexus.com and we will help. Google Play's refund policies also apply.
Purchases via the Apple App Store #
Pro bought on iPhone/iPad is billed by Apple, and only Apple can issue the refund. Request it at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Purchases via Razorpay (web checkout) #
For Pro bought through our Razorpay checkout, email info@pinakinexus.com with:
- the app name (Technology HD Wallpapers),
- the Razorpay payment ID (starts with
pay_, shown in the payment receipt email/SMS), - the reason for the refund.
We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) and usually reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. International card refunds are made in the original currency; exchange-rate differences and bank charges are outside our control.
After a Refund #
Once a refund is processed, Pro is removed from that app and ads return. Repeated refund requests or chargebacks used to obtain Pro for free may lead to the purchase being declined in future (see our Terms & Conditions).
Delivery #
Pro is delivered digitally and activates in the app immediately after payment (reopen the app if it does not appear). No physical goods are shipped.
